The event will feature Alexis Levi, General Manager and CEO of the Las Vegas Stars - a professional men's IBL basketball team. She'll touch on such topics as women's empowerment and being successful in a male dominated field. We will also be honoring current faculty, staff, and students for their courageous and impressive leadership right here at FSU. This event is sponsored by the Student Government Association, the Golden Tribe Lecture Series, the Senior Class Council and the Women's Center in association with the Garnet Hat Society. *Reception immediately following the event*

| 18 | Respect Yourself, Love Your Body Day, 2:00-4:00pm @ Leach Center FSU’s Leach Student Recreation Center in collaboration with Thagard Student Health Center and the Garnet Hat Society will be holding “Respect Yourself, Love Your Body Day”. We are offering special Group Exercise Classes consisting of Zumba and Yoga, nutrition education, positive body image displays, self-defense information, visual art activities, raffle prizes, hairstyling and more. All of the FSU women (students, faculty and staff) are invited to participate in our special event. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Leach Center atrium.
